Business Development Manager (Hong Kong)

Motiv8AI is a behavioral prediction solution that leverages psychology and AI to help businesses and customers, R&D based in Tel Aviv, Israel. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will need to attract new clients and build solid professional relationship, have the important role of closing deals, walking clients through all the steps involved and generating your own leads, research the potential market and the competitive landscape.


  • Identify potential business partners and clients promoting company’s solution and brand
  • Generate new leads
  • Build lasting relationships mostly within the financial industries and with existing clients
  • Educate the clients on the advantages of our services compared to other competitors
  • Keeping up with financial news and approaching local and global clients


  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Ability to maintain strong professional relationships
  • Excellent communication skills and responsiveness
  • Ability to adapt in changing market conditions
  • An open and likeable personality with a positive “can do” attitude
  • Confidence to approach people at high levels of seniority
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Work under pressure and independently, be a self-starter
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and AI – an advantage
